We want you to enjoy your jewelry for years to come, that is why we offer this 10 year guarantee against defects in crafts(wo)manship. This guarantee in no way covers damage due to wear and tear which is a normal part of owning anything! Any instance of defects must be inspected and approved by StiKora, LLC. All claims can be made via email to info@StiKora.com. Replacing the item or offering store credit will be handled on a case per case basis as most of our work is one-of-a-kind. Please contact us for details. StiKora, LLC is not responsible for items serviced by another jeweler or for pieces lost in transit due to improper packing and shipping. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION CODE.
Repairs and Adjustments
Repair services are available for pieces due to breakage or damage from normal wear and tear. These repairs may incur a modest service fee. Elective services such as ring sizing or necklace and bracelet length adjustments may incur a service charge and render the customized item NON-RETURNABLE. Each situation is unique and while we do our best to accommodate all repair and adjustment requests, some designs may not be easily repaired or modified. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from our online store you may return it within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect unworn condition. Returns will not be accepted for custom orders or international orders.
To return or exchange an item, contact our team at info@stikora.com for assistance as each return or exchange transaction is unique. Packing and return shipping instructions will be sent via email. For your protection and piece of mind, please insure your package for the full purchase amount. StiKora, LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging. Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item and via the original payment method. Typically credits appear on your account statement within 5-7 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping charges. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed.
